It's between two Towns and south of another navaid that's also a Fort. 

Not far away is yet another navaid that has the name of a famous seaport,
but this is nowhere near the ocean.

It's located between Elizabethtown and Bardstown, and is south of both Fort Knox and Mystic VORs.
